CSR /Project Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Account management:
  Managing and maintaining a dedicated customer base.
• Financial quoting:
  Developing and generating client quotes.
• Logistics coordination:
  Overseeing production and shipping schedules.
• Database maintenance:
  Tracking and updating job statuses in our system.

CSR /Project Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support or client services preferred
• High School Graduate or GED and/or 2-5 years of experience in the printing industry
• Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to be trained in JDE Oracle.
• Ability to meet customer needs while following company procedures
• Experience in finding solutions to deal proactively with work-related problems
