Workplace Experience Coordinator

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests at a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, providing exceptional service to clients, employees, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors.
• Greet visitors, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supplies, onboarding, and maintenance requests.
• Organize and support on-site meetings and events, including room setup, teardown, and supply coordination.
• Respond to employee and guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and supplies.
• Follow building security and emergency procedures.
• Create presentations and communicate information to teams as needed.
• Assist with general office upkeep, including resetting meeting spaces and maintaining common areas.
