Service Concierge

Job Responsibilities

* Greet and assist service customers with check-ins

* Staging vehicles in the service repair area

* Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments

* Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing

* Other duties that may arise in the service department

Service Concierge Benefits and Compensation

* Commission-based, up to $24 per hour.
