Our tours are spooky, entertaining, and story-driven—but this role is about much more than telling ghost stories. Guests trust us with an important part of their vacation or special occasion, and for many, their Ghost City Ambassador is the only team member they'll ever meet.

We're looking for dependable, engaging people who take pride in representing their city and creating exceptional guest experiences.

A Ghost City Ambassador is more than a tour guide—you are the face of Ghost City Tours. You'll lead scheduled walking tours, deliver professionally prepared stories, manage the guest experience, and help visitors connect with the city's history and legends. This is a fun job, but it's also a professional one. Our standard is simple:

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled walking tours
• Deliver Ghost City stories in an engaging, professional manner
• Welcome and interact with guests
• Manage group movement and pacing
• Follow approved routes, scripts, and company standards
• Arrive on time and prepared
• Communicate professionally with management
• Help ensure every guest has a memorable experience

Requirements

• Speak comfortably to groups
• Learn prepared tour material
• Lead outdoor walking tours
• Walk and stand for the duration of tours
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods
• Arrive reliably and communicate professionally

This is a part-time position with tours primarily scheduled during evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy tourism seasons. Because guests reserve tours in advance, reliability is essential. We provide comprehensive training on:
Tour routes and scripts Storytelling techniques Guest engagement Company standards No experience? No problem. We train motivated individuals and help develop them into confident, professional Ghost City Ambassadors.
