Job Responsibilities
**** Greet customers promptly and professionally
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
* Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
* Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
* Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
* Keep customers informed throughout the service process
* Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon delivery
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and customer service goals
* Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards

*** Service Advisor Qualifications
**** Previous customer service experience required
* Automotive service advisor experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer proficiency
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Corporate Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
