Greet clients who walk through our doors and help them feel welcome and supported.
Answer incoming calls to resolve billing questions, make policy changes, or address general concerns.
Help our policyholders understand their coverage options so they feel confident in their protection.
Process payments and maintain accurate records in our database.
Work alongside the agents to identify gaps in coverage and offer solutions that bring our clients peace of mind.
Maintain an organized and friendly office space where clients feel comfortable sharing their needs.
RequirementsActive Oregon Property and Casualty insurance license.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency or a customer-focused office setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear and kind communication skills when speaking on the phone and writing emails.
Ability to navigate multiple software systems at once to look up policy details.
Experience with Farmers Insurance policy systems is a plus.
Comfortable working in an in-person office environment in Portland.
