Overview
Blue Jay Dental is seeking a general dentist to join a state-of-the-art facility in Portland, ME, immediately. The practice serves patients of all ages and backgrounds in a great location with a modern office equipped with computers in each operatory. This full-time position offers busy hours and a competitive starting salary to help establish a new dentist.
Responsibilities- Diagnose patients' dental conditions using clinical and radiological techniques, assess needs, and arrange consultations for further treatment.
- Provide comprehensive care including routine exams, extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments.
- Refer to specialists as needed.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the office and supervise dental hygienists and assistants.
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Maine license (ME license) and DEA certification.
- Willing to live and integrate into the Portland community.
- Competence in all aspects of general dentistry and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.
