Salary

Base: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Monthly bonus up to $4,000 (approx $48,000 per year)

Quarterly bonus up to $2,000 (approx $8,000 per year)

Total potential compensation up to approximately $131,000 per year

We are rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Office Managers. Nuvia Dental Implant Center is a leader in dental implant services, known for exceptional patient care with 50,000+ 5-star Google reviews. With 39 locations across the country, we have been featured on major news outlets.

Compensation: Competitive base pay plus monthly and yearly bonuses, giving Office Managers the opportunity to earn an additional 56,000 USD/year beyond base pay.

Robust Dental Leadership Structure: Office Managers receive support from dedicated Regional Managers with prior office management experience.

General Managers are integral to each Nuvia center, working with administrative, clinical, and sales team members to ensure the success of the center. They optimize the patient schedule, ensure patients are treated efficiently, coordinate medical clearance for surgical procedures, manage the administrative team and Dental Assistants, maintain policies and procedures, and ensure efficient workflows.

• Drive a productive and efficient schedule
• Work with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgery
• Ensure Nuvia’s best practices are in place
• Administer and enforce company policies and procedures
• Work closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectives
• Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and your center
• Ensure compliance in the center based on OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
• Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices

• 3-5 years of management experience in the dental field
• Familiar with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
• Experience with Open Dental management software preferred
• 2+ years experience as a training facilitator

• Patient Scheduling:
  Schedule patients to optimize efficiency and production
• Medical Clearances:
  Work with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure timely surgical clearances
• System Updates:
  Ensure accuracy of documentation in Nuvia’s operating system to accurately track patient surgeries, outstanding balances, and medical documentation
• Daily Huddles:
  Perform daily huddles and inspections to facilitate alignment and adequate maintenance of the center
• Communication Management:
  Collaborate and partner with other departments—Compliance, Provider Success, Sales, Payroll, Facility Support, Patient Experience—to ensure operational excellence and alignment
• Miscellaneous Firefighting:
  Leverage managerial skills to troubleshoot and solve daily situations that could negatively impact patients, your team, or Nuvia
