Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our dedicated, family-owned dental team in SE Portland. This role provides chairside support and contributes to clinical office operations in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Duties:
Assist the dentist during chairside procedures by passing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, taking digital radiographs, performing child prophylaxis, applying sealants, completing sterilization, and maintaining clinical cleanliness.

Operational Responsibilities:
Support office efficiency and organization while maintaining patient confidentiality, projecting a professional business image, and maintaining flexibility with shifting priorities under pressure.
