• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Minimum 2 years’ Revit Experience, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, Creative Office Suite and MS Office experience preferred
• Consultative approach to client needs
• Superior Customer Service and Follow Through, Experience in all phases of project work
• Committed to Project Deadlines
• California license, Demonstrable OSPHD experience to include successful documentation, approval and construction administration of an OSHPD project.
• Highly collaborative project team leader

• Newforma and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with one or more of the following:
  Senior Housing, Student Housing, Affordable Housing, Mixed-use, and Workplace

This is a full time position with benefits, with an occasional need for overtime to accommodate project schedules and deadlines.
