Ankrom Moisan, voted one of Oregon’s Top Workplaces of 2015, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Team in our Portland office. We are looking for the following skill-set:

Our Portland office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience with a diverse background with experience in a variety of project types – multi-family, healthcare, and mid/high-rise. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships is vital to succeeding in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of code requirements in the Portland area and a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.

• Manage projects and project teams in a fast-paced environment that rewards self-starters
• Provide design guidance for all phases of a project
• Develop and manage work plans and staff
• Estimate fees and write project proposals
• Lead daily interaction with clients, architectural teams and design teams
• Manage the execution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specifications
• Provide Quality Control for contract documents

• Bachelors or Masters, Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in the State of Oregon preferred
• Ability to design in Revit
• History of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Capability in Microsoft Word and Excel required
