Primary Care Physician

Position Summary

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a well‑established practice at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine clinic. This role will support an adult‑only panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with an adult/geriatric focus. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population.

You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team that includes an embedded APP who will support your panel, an on‑site behavioral health provider, a clinical pharmacist, and a case‑management team. Join a dedicated, passionate, and mission‑driven group of providers in this Northeast community of Portland, Oregon.

• Full‑time; flexible between 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE
• 4 days per week schedule Monday‑Friday
• Ideal candidates will have additional geriatric training and will honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor and the vulnerable
• 2‑year guaranteed salary with a higher starting base for experienced physicians, generous quality incentives, sign‑on bonus, and relocation assistance available
