We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board‑certified or board‑eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic’s collaborative, multispecialty team delivering comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine). This role emphasizes proactive health maintenance, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within an innovative, value‑driven model. With strong referral relationships, integrated care resources, and Epic EHR, physicians enjoy clinical autonomy with robust support.

This is a full‑time, outpatient‑only position with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and a strong pathway to partnership. Portland’s wellness‑oriented population is highly engaged in preventative care, and The Portland Clinic’s longstanding presence ensures deep community trust.

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in a fully outpatient setting
• Collaborate with internal specialties and support staff
• Productivity expectations align with MGMA medians
• Utilize EPIC/MyChart EHR and telemedicine as needed
• Participate in quality initiatives and innovation pilots
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families

• Productivity incentives & value‑based bonuses
• Compensation (BOE) – $240‑$300K (based on 40 hr of patient‑facing care per week)
• $100,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in installments over the first four years ($25,000 each)
• Two‑year guaranteed base salary
• Predictable weekday schedule (no inpatient or call unless noted)
• Flexible scheduling available for experienced candidates
