Required Skills:

• Valid OR medical license and OR DEA registration, with active WA license and WA DEA if providing services in southwest WA area.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), with substantial hospice experience if in FM or IM.
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated competence in hospice and palliative care.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex patient situations.

• Experience with telehealth platforms.
• Additional certifications in pain management or bereavement support.
• Prior work in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Multilingual abilities.

• Medical degree (MD or DO).
• Residency or fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hospice or palliative care.

• Must be able to work full-time, including shared weeknight and weekend call coverage.
• Willingness to participate in telehealth services.
• Must present valid licensure and DEA documentation prior to assignment.
• Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification reimbursements applicable when necessary.
