Position Details:
Full-time
Monday to Friday schedule, daytime hours
Call schedule is 1 to 2 weeknights per month and 1 to 2 weekends per quarter
Outpatients primary care setting
Home visits and visits in community-based settings
Behavioral health and Pharmacy resources available on-site
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Board-certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required

Providence Elder Place is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and is the first program of its kind in Oregon. With eight conveniently located centers in the Portland area, Providence Elder Place provides and coordinates all necessary care services for seniors to remain active within their communities. The PACE model offers medical care, physical and occupational therapy, lab tests and procedures, home care services and more.
