- Case Mix: 50 % Arthritis, 50% Autoimmune
- Physician in Practice: 6
- Support Staff: 4 MAs, 4 LPNs, 5 Schedulers
- Procedures/Duties:
Intravenous Therapy - No of Exam Rooms: 2
- No of Infusion Rooms: 20
- X-Ray & Lab On-site:
Yes - EMR:
Epic - Hospital Privileges required:
Yes - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active OR License
- BC/BE
- DEA
- BLS
- Local or drive-in (highly preferred)
