Instructional Coach for Middle School and High School Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Literacy classrooms. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Full-time, School Year.
Position SummaryThe Dual Language Instructional Coach serves as a teacher leader and specialist in dual language instruction in reading, writing, or other specialized content area and facilitates job‑embedded professional development related to the school and district's dual language instruction and curriculum goals. As a leader and specialist, the employee works with, coaches, and supports teachers and support staff in identifying, developing, and implementing curriculum, assessment and culturally responsive instructional strategies designed to improve student learning.
The coach may work in a variety of elementary and secondary educational, individual or team teaching settings, and shares responsibility for student safety and collaboration.
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Teaching License with endorsement required.

- Annual Salary Range (2025‑2026): $58,788 – $111,463 (193‑Day Contract). Initial placement based on education, experience.
- Salary is prorated based on FTE and start date.
- Annual approximate Extended Responsibilities Dual Language Immersion stipend: $3,645.
- Stipend(s) are pro‑rated based on 1.0 FTE and start/end dates of position/assignment.
- Licensed employees may receive:
- $2,500 if certified by NBPTS.
- $3,000 if holding a PhD or EdD.
North Clackamas School District participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP). The district pays the employer portion; employees pay a mandatory 6% employee portion via payroll deduction once eligible (at least six full calendar months). Part‑time employees working at least six months and 600 hours in a calendar year qualify.
