Overview
Licensed School Psychologist, (1.0 FTE), Full-Time, Permanent, School Year. This serves as a pool of employment opportunities for Licensed School Psychologist vacant positions. Locations TBD.

The primary responsibility shall include direct support and interventions to students, consultation with teachers and administrators, and leadership at assigned grade level schools to support special education processes and school wide practices and policies. School psychologists provide program leadership for student safety and appropriate collaboration and attention to each student s readiness to learn including needed guidance, discipline, and welfare. School Psychologists may work in a variety of elementary and/or secondary educational, individual or team settings.
School psychologists are responsible for evaluations of students to determine special education eligibility.
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Teaching License with a Special
Education:
Generalist endorsement.

At this time, North Clackamas Schools is negotiating the licensed contract for the 26-27 school year. Below is our Annual Salary Range and Extended Responsibilities Stipend for the 25-26 school year:
- Annual Salary Range ): $58,788 - $111,463 (193-Day Contract). Initial placement based on education, experience.
- This salary range reflects 1.0 FTE. Actual salary is prorated based on FTE and start date.
- This position qualifies for an annual approximate Extended Responsibilities Stipend: $5,673
- Actual amount is prorated based on FTE and start date.
- As a licensed School Psychologist, you are eligible to receive:
- A stipend of $3,000 if you hold a PhD or EdD.
- A stipend of $2,500 if you have earned and maintained a National Certified School Psychologist Credential.
- Stipend(s) are pro-rated based on 1.0 FTE and start/end dates of position/assignment.
North Clackamas School District participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. The district contributes the employer portion; there is also a mandatory employee portion. Upon eligibility, which is defined as working at least six full calendar months in a qualifying position, the employee is required to contribute 6% as their employee portion, via payroll deduction.
Part-time employees working at least six months and 600 hours in a calendar year will qualify.
