Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually

Intuitive Digital is an inclusive, equal opportunity, values-based, B Corp-certified digital marketing agency based in Portland, Oregon, that is fully remote. We have team members throughout the United States, working remotely from their home offices.

We are not your typical agency. We believe in a healthy work-life balance (no 50+ hour work weeks or late-night emails here) and supporting our team members to become the best versions of themselves.

Job Objective

The Account Manager owns the partner (customer) relationship and is responsible for all communication, account project management, partner satisfaction with Intuitive, timely delivery of services, and communicating performance analysis.

The AM represents Intuitive when facing the partner and represents the partner when facing Intuitive: the AM owns alignment.

AMs are not responsible for bringing in new business. We’re looking for someone who can build long-term relationships after a contract has been signed, develop a deep understanding of their partners’ businesses, and always convey a high level of warmth and competence through email, on calls, and in virtual meetings.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable digital marketing guide who is energized by collaboration and communication. They have some agency experience with a solid understanding of how SEO, Paid Media, and other digital marketing tactics work together and love communicating with partners to confidently talk about our work with technical and (mostly) non-technical individuals.

What You'll Do
  • Communicate effectively with partners and team members, answer questions, provide feedback, and troubleshoot.
  • Understand the partner’s business, objectives, and goals, both short and long-term.
  • Manage between 15-25 accounts, depending on their size and complexity.
  • Help keep accounts profitable by keeping partners within the scope of work and managing partner expectations and monthly workload.
  • Oversee and guide strategy development in partnership with the Digital Strategists to ensure we are working towards reaching the partner's goals.
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of various strategies and tactics.
  • Present service performance reports to partners monthly and/or quarterly.
  • QA major deliverables to ensure they meet Intuitive Digital standards.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing changes and best practices. Ongoing and self-led professional education in service areas.
  • Always live out the purpose and values of Intuitive Digital when representing the company.
  • Be available to partners and teammates within the required core business hours: 9am-2pm PST.

We know cover letters are a bit old school. But this position is all about communication skills. So, when you apply, please provide a cover letter that showcases your amazing communication skills and highlights why this position is right for you. Please do not use AI/LLM tools to write this letter; we’re hiring a person, not a bot.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience – agency preferred. A strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media, UX, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Google Analytics certified.
  • Comfortable navigating the Google Ads interface, reviewing and interpreting performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Growth mindset, and a curiosity to learn more.
  • Organized.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong personal project management and prioritization skills.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to “bill” 7.5 hours per day, which includes both client and internal operations time.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for long periods of time.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive Healthcare Insurance, including Dental, Vision, and FSA
  • Unlimited PTO (required min 3 weeks off a year)
  • 401k with Company Match
  • Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Internet Stipend
  • Flexible Schedules
  • Professional Development Budgets
  • Volunteer/Philanthropic Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
