* All candidates are expected to have significant leadership experience, be familiar with the services and opportunities at Lewis & Clark and have a considerable understanding of the Admissions Office. The following qualifications must be met:
* Must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled for the school year, in junior or senior standing, and on campus for the full academic year
* Must be in good academic and disciplinary standing (will be verified through Registrar’s and Dean of Students’ office)
* Exemplify good campus citizenry
* Participating in content creation for social media and communications outreach.
* Demonstrate a sense of professionalism and readiness to be an objective ambassador to the college
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Have demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
* Be able to work as an effective team member with other student leaders, student ambassadors, and professional staff
* Have an interest in and desire to learn more about the admissions process
* Have a flexible schedule to accommodate 6-10 scheduled hours of work per week, anticipating fluctuation of hours in peak times in the admissions process
* Be available for weekend Admissions events specific dates TBA
* Be willing to attend all volunteer trainings and fill-in as an Admissions Ambassador (tour guiding, lunch hosting, prospective student chats) whenever necessary
* Previous Admissions Ambassador experience is not required but is preferred
* Must be available to start training on March 30th, with full hours beginning May 11th, 2026 (some flexibility for summer vacation time, must be approved in advance).At Lewis & Clark College, we’re excited to offer a variety of student positions tailored for our current students! Most of these opportunities are available exclusively to those with a Federal Work-Study (FWS) or Lewis & Clark Work-Study (LCWS) award included in their financial aid package.
If you have an FWS award, you’re welcome to apply for any jobs posted. If you have an LCWS award, you can apply for both Lewis & Clark positions and non-work-study roles.
