SUMMER CAMP INTERN
Atlas Immersion Academy "Gabriel Park" in Portland or "Silicon Forest" in Beaverton | Mid‑June to end‑of‑August | Paid Internship | Minimum 6‑week commitment
Do you speak Spanish or French? Curious about working with young children? Want real hands‑on experience this summer in a setting that's anything but ordinary?
Atlas Immersion Academy is a multilingual childcare and early childhood education organization serving children from 3 months to 12 years old across multiple Portland‑area campuses.
This summer, we're offering internship placements in two areas:
- OPTION 1 – ATLAS EXPLORERS SUMMER CAMP
:
Work alongside counselors at our cultural immersion summer camp for children ages 5–12. Every week brings a new destination — Korea, Samoa, France, Chile, and more — through activities, crafts, science, cooking, and theater. - OPTION 2 – CHILDCARE & PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS
:
Support teachers in our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms (children ages 3 months to 5 years). Get a close‑up experience with early childhood development, daily routines, play‑based learning, and bilingual classroom environments.
Tell us your preference when you apply — we'll do our best to match you based on availability and fit.
Camp / internship runs Monday–Friday. Hours vary by placement and the needs of the centers.
