Voice Teacher - Hoffman School of Music; W2 Portland Studio

Job Summary

One Music Schools is seeking a private voice lesson teacher for our Hoffman School of Music location in Portland, Oregon.

• Instruct students for 30 minute lessons
• Assess new student abilities
• Creating lesson plans
• Preparing students for recitals
• Facilitating student participation in recitals
• Assisting students in reaching their goals for learning
• Communicating with parents/guardians on student progress

• Interpersonal skills: must connect with people of all ages and skill levels
• Degree in Music Education or Music Performance not required but is a plus
• Must demonstrate teaching ability and instrument skill level during interview
• Open to first-time teachers and experienced teachers alike
• Must give a minimum of a 1-year commitment to teaching with us
• Ability to teach on multiple instruments (piano, guitar, voice, ukulele, violin, cello, drums, etc.) is always welcome
• Submit a music-specific resume

Part-time, opportunity to expand hours in the future.

$25.00 per hour.
