Overview

We are currently seeking a new English Ministry Pastor to preach weekly, shepherd our English Congregation (approx. 50 persons), and serve with the Elder Team to lead the overall church.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preaching and leading Sunday services
  • Overseeing the English worship team
  • Overseeing English Life Groups (currently they meet in homes and are sermon-based)
  • Overseeing English biblical training through Sunday School
  • Providing pastoral care to the English Congregation
  • Serving on the Elder Team, which is comprised of biblically qualified leaders from both the English and the Chinese congregations.
  • Working with other staff members, including the Chinese Pastor, Youth Pastor, and the Kids Ministry Director.
  • Discipling and equipping the saints to engage in the ministries of evangelism and discipleship
