Position SummaryThe Pro Tem Project Coordinator/Research Assistant will work within the Supporting Effective Evidence-Based Practice Delivery (SEED) Lab, which focuses on the development and testing of strategies that facilitate implementation of evidence-based practices for youth mental health problems in routine care settings. Under the supervision of the lab director, the Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of SEED Lab research projects that aim to understand and enhance clinical decision-making.
The Project Coordinator will work on a team of graduate students and undergraduate students as well as external collaborators.

This position is a 12‑month Pro Tem Faculty limited‑duration appointment, with the possibility of renewal for a second year dependent on performance and availability of funding.
Requirements- Bachelor's in psychology or a related field.
- 1 year research experience in psychology (can be volunteer, part-time, or full-time).
- Excellent organizational skills related to research project management and high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of basic research methods and human subjects research.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, anticipate needs, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on tasks to completion.
- Ability to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds as well as to develop knowledge of and respect for those from a broad array of cultures and backgrounds.
- Proficiency with multiple forms of information technology, including web-based, word processing, data entry, managing electronic information, and database administration.
