Provide support for classroom teachers in kindergarten – grade 5 and fulfill other responsibilities of an education assistant who is absent, generally on a short-term basis.
PCS employees are expected to fully engage in the stated mission of the school, "in partnership with the home and church, Portland Christian Schools equips the next generation to grow in faith, excel in learning, and impact the world for Christ." Must be willing to sign the PCS Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement. A background check will be run after a preliminary offer of employment is made.
All PCS positions are in-person, on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of one year of work experience in an elementary school system
Pay: $16.95/hour
