Assistant Professor

Position Summary

9‑month tenure‑track full‑time faculty position starting 9/16/2027. Requires terminal degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA certification. Public accounting experience and prior teaching experience required.

Instruction.

• Earned doctorate with emphasis in Accounting from a nationally accredited institution.
• Current or promising strong and innovative behavioral accounting research program appropriate to career stage.
• Recent evidence or promise of high‑quality teaching effectiveness in accounting.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to teach managerial accounting and accounting information systems or related content.
• Minimum two years of professional accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Strong and continuing commitment to research and teaching.
• Interest in teaching in both traditional in‑person and online modes and primarily undergraduate courses, with potential graduate courses as needed.

Starting annual salary $150,000, negotiable based on experience.
