PCC is accepting applications to be considered for Part-Time Faculty assignments in Graphic Design. The Department will review applications in this pool as needed for new part-time faculty in this area. This is not an announcement of a specific open position, but a Part-time Faculty Interest Pool from which the department will identify applicants based on course assignment needs during the Academic Year.
Your application may be considered for substitute assignments as well as full-term class assignments.

InstructorQualifications
Required qualifications may be met by any of the following options:
- BA, BFA, or BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Graphic Art; four years recent (within the last ten years) full-time professional experience in the field of Graphic Design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Illustration, Digital Art, or Digital Graphics); 30 quarter hours of upper-division coursework in Graphic Design; four years recent (within the last ten years) full-time professional experience in the field of Graphic Design
- AAS degree in Graphic Design or professional education; five years recent (within the last ten years) full-time professional experience in the field of Graphic Design

These positions are included in the bargaining agreement between Portland Community College and the Portland Community College Faculty Federation Employees.
