This is not a teaching role. This is a motivation role.

Our philosophy is to treat high achievement as a process, not a destination. If you are energized by maintaining high expectations and demonstrating belief in a student’s capacity, you’ll fit in.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 groups on public speaking, focus, feedback exchange, and other foundational competencies, modifying existing content and creating new sessions as needed.
  • Conducting daily individual and small‑group motivation sessions that drive every student toward their weekly app targets, using Coachbot analytics, Alpha’s motivational systems, and personal connection to overcome resistance.
  • Delivering the Test2

    Pass assessment for each life skill and providing ongoing coaching until mastery is achieved.
  • Adjusting coaching approaches across ages from kindergarteners to eighth graders, tailoring energy and communication to each developmental level.
  • Analyzing weekly cohort performance data in Coachbot, pinpointing students falling behind, and adjusting tactics for the upcoming week based on data insights.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Delivering whiteboard lectures; academic content is embedded in the applications, not your instruction.
  • Creating an entire curriculum without guidance; you begin with an established framework and enhance it with your unique energy and communication style.
  • Passively monitoring students at workstations; motivation in this role is dynamic, individualized, and persistent.
  • Working through administrative approval processes to secure support for struggling students; you decide and implement immediately.
  • Evaluating homework, preparing standardized tests, or handling parent correspondence;
    Campus Leads manage parent communication and other tasks do not exist in this model.
