On‑site role at Alpha K‑8 campuses in the listed cities. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 groups on public speaking, focus, feedback culture, and other essential competencies—customizing the framework and creating new modules as needed.
- Conducting daily individual and small‑group coaching conversations to drive every student toward weekly app targets, using Coachbot data, Alpha’s reward structures, and personal rapport.
- Overseeing Test2
Pass administration for each life skill and coaching students who fall short until mastery is achieved. - Adapting your approach across ages from kindergarteners to eighth graders, matching engagement styles to developmental needs.
- Analyzing weekly cohort metrics in Coachbot, pinpointing students behind target, and recalibrating methods for the upcoming week.
- Delivering content on a whiteboard; academic instruction is handled by apps.
- Constructing a full curriculum without guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive every student in your K‑8 cohort to meet weekly learning targets, achieve mastery in each life skill, and finish the year expressing genuine enthusiasm for their time with you.
Basic Requirements- Available to work on‑site at one of the listed Alpha campuses; relocation assistance provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K‑8 students (classroom instruction, coaching, tutoring, camp counseling, or youth program management).
- Concrete example of pushing a K‑8 student toward a challenging objective (goal, action, result).
- Comfort allowing AI to manage instructional delivery while focusing on motivation and life‑skills development.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Background in youth sports coaching, debate, camp direction, theater, or extracurricular programs with direct accountability for motivating children toward defined outcomes.
- Demonstrated record of exceptional personal achievement showing sustained high standards for others.
- Command of narrative and presentation skills sufficient to engage a room of 12‑year‑olds for an hour without escalating volume.
- History of converting disinterested or op positional students into engaged contributors.

Working with UsFull‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. Compensation is $120,000 USD per year ($60 USD per hour, 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year), paid weekly.
