About Atlas Immersion Academy

Atlas Immersion Academy is a multilingual early childhood education organization offering Spanish, French, and Chinese immersion programs for children from 3 months through Pre-K across five Portland Metro campuses. Starting August 31, 2026, our Multnomah County campuses will operate as Preschool For All (PFA) facilities — Multnomah County's initiative providing free, high-quality preschool to eligible children. We are now hiring Spanish-speaking Lead Teachers for our Gabriel Park and Northeast campuses to join this exciting launch.

The Role

As a Lead Teacher, you are the heart of the classroom. You will plan and deliver Spanish immersion-based curriculum aligned with the Atlas framework and Multnomah County PFA standards, support each child's social-emotional development, build strong partnerships with families, and mentor your assistant teacher. Curriculum planning time is built into your weekly schedule.

Lead Teachers are held to an elevated standard of professional practice, including ongoing documentation of each child's progress, regular curriculum reflections, family engagement events, and mentorship of classroom staff.
