Positions are hired on an annual or per-term basis and paid per credit hour per the PSUFA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education and prior teaching experience; preferred qualifications include Ed.D or Ph.D.
in Education and experience teaching adults. Compensation is determined by credit hour and term length, aligned with PSU guidelines.
