Position Overview
The Adult Basic Skills (ABS) department is seeking a casual CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System) exam testing proctor at the Cascade campus. The proctor will assist faculty and staff with the administration of the CASAS assessment, coordinating, monitoring, administering, training, scheduling, conducting, and publicizing testing sessions, and ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
Responsibilities- Support the instructional program with detailed technical and clerical work related to CASAS testing.
- Coordinate, monitor, administer, train, schedule, conduct and publicize testing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements associated with CASAS assessments.
- Occasionally support additional campuses (Cascade, Rock Creek, Southeast, Sylvania) or remote student proctoring as needed.
Casual, 10–16 hours per week. Pay rate: $18.50 per hour. Hours peak during the start of the registration period through week 2, and the end of the term (week 7–finals week).
