Are you looking for a part-time job that is flexible and fun? Portland Parks & Recreation is hiring for Recreation's Arts, Culture, and Special Events Division!
We're collecting names of people who are interested in working future part-time or seasonal jobs with Portland Parks. Recreation Associate Pay:
The training pay is $20.59 for all Recreation Associate jobs Attendant and Customer base pay is $20.59 - $24.03 (entry is $20.59) - Parks Activities Specialist Pay:
The training pay is $19.61 for all Parks Activities Specialist jobs Assistant Instructor base pay is $19.61 - $22.88 (entry is $19.61) General Instructor base pay is $21.79 - $28.87 (entry is $21.79 - $25.06 based on experience) Specialized Arts Instructor base pay is $32.68 - $41.40 (entry is $32.68 - $38.14 based on experience)
Recreation Associate Union:

Summary:
The Community Music Center (CMC) has been helping people learn, make, and enjoy music for over 70 years in SE Portland. In East Portland, CMC partners with a group called the Center Powered by Y.O.U.TH (youthpdx.org). The Multnomah Arts Center (MAC) is one of the largest centers in the U.S. for visual, performing, and literary arts and has been serving the community from its SW Portland location for over 50 years.
MAC also offers classes in East Portland to make arts education easier for people to access.
Both CMC and MAC are part of Portland Parks & Recreation's Arts, Culture and Special Events division.

Job Type: Casual, Part-time. This job posting is for several positions, which are classified by the City of Portland as either Recreation Associates or Parks Activities Specialists.

This job has flexible hours and might include working during the day, evenings, weekends, or holidays. The number of hours you work each week can change based on program needs, and there is no guarantee of work hours each week. Locations:
