Job SummaryThis position is for students who will be either:
GRADERS : grading work for selected electrical engineering courses, or
LAB ASSISTANTS : working in a lab course to support the student learning experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Grading:
- Support your assigned faculty member with grading of assignments, homework, and exams
- Handle student documents with confidentiality and discretion
- Communicate with faculty member(s) on grading parameters, requirements, and deadlines
- Meet faculty timelines for grading work
- Other relevant duties as assigned
- Support the students during lab periods
- Handle student challenges with confidentiality and discretion
- Communicate with faculty member(s) on student support needs, issues needing attention
- Consistent attendance to provide the support to the Lab students
- Other relevant duties as assigned
- Applicants must have completed the course they will be grading or assisting with an A or B passing grade.
- Student must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in good standing.
- Organizational skills
- Attentive to faculty requirements and requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ethical / trustworthy
- Ability to take instruction
- Ability to communicate with students and faculty in a professional manner
- Excellent knowledge of course material being taught
