, is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to help guide and nurture our preschool learners in a vibrant, culturally responsive environment. This is a year-round position for an experienced educator who believes in the brilliance of young children and the power of play, identity-affirming curriculum, and strong family partnerships.
As Lead Teacher, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain a safe and inviting classroom, and support each child’s growth across all developmental domains.
Qualifications:Must pass a background check.
Must be eligible to hold a Certified Family Child Care license in your name.
Step 8 in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) or commitment to complete the training to achieve Step 8 within six (6) months of hire.

Competitive Pay: depending on experience and qualifications.
Paid Vacation: Begins after one year of employment.
