Part Time Faculty Interest Pool - Philosophy

Overview

Portland Community College is inviting applications to be considered for Part‑Time Faculty assignments in Philosophy. This is a part‑time faculty interest pool; the department will identify candidates for substitute or full‑term class assignments as needs arise during the academic year. Applicants must be residents of Oregon or Washington and may be required to establish residence in one of those states.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Philosophy or 30 graduate hours in Philosophy.

Hourly rates are determined based on course type (Lecture, Lab, or Lecture/Lab) and are set at Step 1 of the current salary schedule.
