WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Review training content as an independent, impartial reviewer.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
  • Update and edit training materials as requested by the Training & D&A Supervisor.
  • Plan Spring and Fall maintenance personnel training.
  • Coordinate crewing and training rotations to support hands‑on mentoring in daily tasks, logbooks, and standards.
  • Lead and develop training events in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, ensuring consistent skill development.
  • Assist in developing aircraft‑specific courses.
  • Maintain training programs.
  • Support the Coulson Drug & Alcohol Program (DAMP), including maintaining DER status throughout employment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • High School Diploma required; post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with scheduling, training systems, or technical applications.
  • Strong organization, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to work occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel; aviation experience is a bonus.
