What You’ll Do:

As a Structural & Civil Engineer, you’ll play a central role in shaping safe, efficient, and sustainable projects. You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to make every project a success.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Designing and analyzing structural and civil systems using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Performing engineering calculations to ensure safety, efficiency, and code compliance
• Evaluating materials and construction methods for durability and cost-effectiveness
• Leading projects from concept through completion, managing timelines and budgets
• Conducting site inspections to verify compliance with designs and safety standards
• Preparing reports, proposals, and project documentation
• Troubleshooting construction challenges with creative, practical solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Oregon Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards
• Experience managing projects, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring quality completion
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment
