Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Field Services Engineer based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, performing troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering technical support on company equipment. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, effectively resolving technical issues, and maintaining documentation for service activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Field Service tasks, including installation, calibration, and maintenance of technical equipment
  • Skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective problem-solving solutions on technical hardware and software
  • Experience in offering Technical Support to assist with customer needs and equipment functionality
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including communication, professionalism, and responsiveness
  • Ability to work on-site in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area with occasional travel as needed
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with Nondestructive Testing, Ultrasound, or related technical fields is advantageous
