We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support our semiconductor and electronics business where your leadership will directly influence how we deliver highly complex projects for our key clients.

In this role, you will apply your program management and process knowledge and experience to enhance delivery of Semiconductor projects, supporting the commercial and technical interface between project teams, the client and their stakeholders. Your direction, guidance, and domain expertise will help our teams to achieve excellence, and you’ll therefore play an important role in supporting our client's overall project goals.

This position will be aligned to our Portland, Oregon office.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing
  • Working closely with our Project and Delivery Teams to develop and grow our client relationships.
  • Implementation of a Facilities Capacity program.
  • Development of associated metrics, models and schedules.
  • Implementation of business processes to deliver standardization and change control.
  • Working with the Delivery Team to develop and implement a strategic roadmap to grow our internal capability and provide enhanced benefit and value to our clients.
  • Working with our Learning and Development team to create and deliver content on Semiconductor manufacturing processes that will increase our Project teams knowledge and understanding of our clients business.
  • Regularly briefing senior management and other key stakeholders on program/project/task status measurement data.
  • Maintaining close liaison with the customer and project teams to prioritize key tasking and ensure timely resolution of any programmatic issues.
  • Endorsing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Here’s what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 20 years of experience in Semi conduction industry, with in depth knowledge of manufacturing process.
  • Expertise as a program manager on advanced technology manufacturing and facilities operations and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work comfortably in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Self‑motivated with very well‑developed planning and execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, you can expertly and concisely prepare and deliver content to both senior management and in a broader educational environment.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
