What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Engineer at NCC, you will:

* Design and develop mechanical components and systems using Solid Works for CAD drawings and 3D modeling.

* Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

* Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

* Support equipment procurement, installation, and troubleshooting.

* Apply Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.

* Travel expectation:
You will be expected to travel up to 25% as part of your role.

What We're Looking For

* Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.

* Technical

Skills:

* Strong knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and finishing processes.

* Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD design (Solid Works required).

* Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement and installation.

* Familiarity with Lean tools and applications.

* Soft Skills:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to distinguish colors for quality control (frequent).

* Occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting.

* Periods of sitting or standing as needed.
