Key Responsibilities Lead vendors in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications Diagnose mechanical failures using data analysis and implement permanent design fixes Develop and modify maintenance playbooks to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment uptime
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering Minimum of four years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer Root cause analysis expertise using methodologies like 5-Whys and Fishbone
Experience with high-speed automated systems, including PLC logic and robotics Skills in developing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
