Overview
A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to help them design and deliver safe, efficient structural systems from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support complex building projects at their Portland office.
Your Day Includes- Developing structural projects from conceptual design through construction documents
- Collaborating with architects, MEP, civil, and landscape design teams
- Performing gravity and lateral structural calculations across diverse project types
- Coordinating and assembling complete construction document sets for small to medium projects
- Supporting delivery of steel-focused and advanced manufacturing and semiconductor projects
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 2–6 years of structural engineering experience on relevant project types
- Professional Engineer (PE) license with working knowledge of ASCE 7, ASCE 41, ACI, and AISC codes
