Your Impact:- Develop innovative solutions for historic and existing buildings
- Develop innovative solutions for historic and existing buildings
- Contribute tonon-linear analysis and performance-based design work
- Mentor rising engineers and foster team growth
- Drive quality control and technical excellence
- Shape project scope and resources
- 6+ years in structural engineering
- PE license (SE preferred)
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Experience with ASCE 41 and exposure to a variety of material types and structural systems
- Specific knowledge of non-ductile concrete buildings, performance-based design, historic renovations, and peer reviews
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers for the production and delivery of projects
- Ability to balance working independently and as part of a team across multiple offices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA

Estimated at $102,000 - $132,500 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
