Principal Technical Specialist – US Microelectronics
Provide technical support to customers to help achieve sales targets. Manage filtration solutions, conduct technical reviews, seminars, and gather Voice‑of‑Customer (VoC) feedback.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage testing plans and technical projects to achieve business goals; develop filtration processes for applications such as Wet Cleans, Photolithography, CMP, UPW, etch, and gas.
- Independently solve complex customer issues and apply learnings to future work.
- Write and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect and report VoC on filter performance gaps and support prototype filter evaluations.
- Collaborate with global sales, marketing, R&D and engineering teams.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science.
- Minimum of 10 years scientific and engineering experience in Microelectronics or Semiconductor Industry (8 years for M.S., 5 for Ph.D.).
- Knowledge of process modules such as Photolithography and Wet Etch/Cleans.
- Understanding of on‑wafer defect and material characterization techniques.
- Experience in filtration for Microelectronics materials or processes.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Up to 25% travel, locally and internationally.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Annual salary range: $140,000 – $165,000 USD, plus bonus/incentive pay. Eligible for comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
Remote WorkEligible for a remote arrangement, preferred location Oregon.
