Job Description

Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers—typically early in the development process—to design, operate, grow, and improve large‑scale, computer‑based services offered to IS, non‑IS, and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
  • 2 years of related experience; 2-5 years preferred
  • Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
  • Experience with n‑tier solutions
  • Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment
