Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about usThis Pacific Northwest-based contractor has over three decades of experience specializing in building automation systems for commercial properties. They focus on delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions designed for ease of learning and operation.
ResponsibilitiesAs a programmer on our team, you will be responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start-ups, and providing training and documentation for end users. We also expect our programmers to have experience in inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems, and modifying programs and graphics.

MUST HAVE:
- 4+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
- Strong BAS/BMS programming experience
- Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or other
NICE TO HAVE:
- BS in a related field
- Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience
- Lon Works, BACnet, Modbus
- Tridium Niagara N4 certification
