Senior Underground Transmission Line Engineer 2 - Grid
Sargent & Lundy LLC, Portland. Full-time.
DescriptionThis position will allow you to expand your knowledge of underground transmission line engineering, including routing, duct bank configurations, manhole placement, and electrical principles.
- Design underground transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV.
- Perform cost analyses and develop design criteria.
- Address siting and routing challenges.
- Plan and place manholes for underground transmission lines.
- Conduct physical design of duct banks.
Hybrid/flexible schedule: mix of work on site at the Sargent & Lundy office and remote from home.
