• NPDES permit compliance support (wastewater and stormwater), including reviewing/developing SWPPPs/SWPCPs and BMPs, monitoring data review and DMR submittal.
• Pre-treatment permits and wastewater authorizations to city sewer.
• Air quality/CAA compliance evaluations and permitting support (Title V, NSR, PSD, minor source, and NESHAP/MACT), including preparation of air permit applications and permit modifications.
• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management compliance under RCRA and applicable state regulations, including waste characterization, storage, labeling, disposal practices, review of manifests/e-manifests, and support for contingency plans, training and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and industrial clients and engage with regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a technical lead, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental documentation and practical compliance strategies.
• Develop project scopes, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.
• Conduct environmental compliance audits, regulatory assessments, permitting support, and develop and assess environmental management programs across air, water, waste, and chemical regulatory areas.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in environmental compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulations such as CAA, CWA, RCRA, SPCC, FIFRA, DOT, SARA 311/312/313, TSCA.
• Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, and state regulatory programs.
• Professional certifications, including 40-hour HAZWOPER and CPR/First Aid/AED.
• Regulatory interpretation, compliance auditing, permitting, technical writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; detail oriented, meticulous site‑visit note taking, excellent written and verbal communication.
• Both office‑based work and site visits at industrial and manufacturing locations expected.

Salary Range: $89,610 – $100,811

Annual Bonus and other potential bonus types:
