The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services is seeking a CAD Technician II responsible for performing advanced computer-aided drafting tasks. Responsibilities include creating and modifying engineering drawings and construction plans for various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong CAD skills, particularly with Autodesk Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu software.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of relevant drafting experience, preferably related to public utilities. A valid state driver’s license is required.
